Good Mood Good Learning
Cardoen Delphine

Good Mood Good Learning is an "educational, social and emotional learning programme" that will help each child to develop social and emotional skills (such as self-awareness, the ability to interact positively with others, to take responsibility, to make decisions, to manage emotions, to calm down quickly and to improve concentration and learning skills). We have also included in our programme the notions retained by the OECD in its 2030 education project.

Objective
To offer tools and techniques to children to help them to know themselves better, to manage their emotions, to feel good/better, to improve their relationships with others if necessary, to have emotional autonomy as they go along, to learn to be happy, but also tools to improve learning at school (to concentrate, to write better, to learn how to learn, etc.)
Target age group
6-12
