This introduction to the art of storytelling allows young storytellers to become aware of their body and of non-verbal communication. By storytelling, they gain oral fluency and become attentive to the emotions and the five senses. This sensitivity is then transmitted to their audience. The goal is to embark for an ‘elsewhere’ by appealing both to the imagination and to visualization.
The participant is also encouraged to listen to the other's story in turn, and thus to develop empathy and curiosity.
The right to make mistakes is one privilege that gives everyone the opportunity to take their place within the group. Meanwhile, motivational group activities and storytelling games are used to bring out ideas and creativity.
